I'd like to offer you back a position in the kitchen. If you'd rather not work on my shift, I can vouch for you to one of the others. Whatever reason you took up the job, you did it well. And if you don't want to take the job, the apology still stands on its own.

I don't begrudge others for not liking me, Mr. Tennant. It's entirely understandable, given my actions. I also understand the importance of a productive work environment, and I've no desire to disrupt that.
